Programový prostriedok - software ASPERWIN je určený pre automatizovanú tvorbu rezných plánov a následné generovanie odpovedajúceho rezného kódu (NC programu) pre rezacie stroje. Software ASPERWIN poskytuje množstvo funkcií a nastavení, ktoré napomáhajú optimalizovať rozmiestnenie dielcov v ploche rezného plánu. CNC zariadenia na delenie (rezanie, pálenie) materiálu použitím technológie laser, plazma, autogén a vodný lúč nie sú jediným produktom MicroStep Group. Ako doplnkové produkty okrem CNC technológie na delenie materiálu dodáva MicroStep Group zariadenia pre nasledovné oblasti: frézovanie, gravírovanie a vŕtanie. Frézovanie a gravírovanie pre obrábanie plošných materiálov zabezpečujú 3D CNC frézy. Vŕtanie je umožnené použitím vŕtacieho vretena. Pre potreby plnoautomatického šikmého rezania do 45° je alternatívne dodávaný support s tzv. rotátorom. Rotátor pre šikmé rezanie možno aplikovať na stroje typu MG, PLS a HS. Microstep Group stellt einen zweckvolllen Firmenverband kooperierend in folgenden Bereichen dar: Entwicklung, Produktion und Lieferung der CNC Technologien für Materialtrennen (Schneiden, Brennen), Materialbearbeitung und Automation. Es handelt sich vor allem um folgende Technologien: Laser, Plasma, Autogen, Wasserstrahl (Laserschneidanlagen, Plasmaschneidanlagen, Brennschneidanlagen, Wasserstrahlschneidanlagen). Gerade der Plasma Schneidebereich  entwickelte sich in den letzten Jahren am stärksten. CNC Schneidanlagen der Firma MicroStep erfüllen die anspruchsvollen Qualitätskriterien an Betriebssicherheit und Arbeitsumweltschutz. MicroStep Schneidanlagen bestehen aus folgenden Teilen: eine beidseitig angetriebene und geführte Portalbrücke, die auf den seitlichen Führungen angebracht ist und ein Brennschneidtisch (optional Schacht für Rohrschneiden) mit Sektionsabsaugung an dem die Filteranlage (KEMPER, DONALDSON) oder Ventilatoreinrichtung angeschlossen werden kann. Die langfristige Genauigkeit und Präzision wird dank den hochqualitativen Führungen der Firma Bosch und Mannesmann, Plasmaquellen von weltbekannten Herstellern – HYPERTHERM, KJELLBERG und OTC erreicht. Zur Standardausstattung der MicroStep CNC Anlagen gehört die Steuerung MSNC 500. Alle wichtige Steuerungsparameter werden von der Diagnostiksoftware MicroStep DS- 500W kontrolliert. Die Software Asperwin gewährleistet die Programmgestaltung für die Schneidplanerzeugung und anschließend daraus folgende Generierung des Schneidcodes (NC Programm) für Schneidtische. Die Software Asperwin bietet viele Funktionen und Einstellungen, welche bei der Optionierung der Schneidteilaufstellung auf der Schneidfläche hilfreich sind. Die CNC Schneidanlagen für das Materialtrennen (Schneiden, Brennen) die mit der Technologie Laser, Plasma, Autogen und Wasserstrahl arbeiten, sind nicht das einzige Produkt der MicroStep Group. Als Ergänzungsprodukte außer den technologischen CNC Schneidanlagen bietet MicroStep Group folgende Bereiche an: das Bohren, Fräsen, Gravieren. Das Fräsen und Gravieren für die Bearbeitung von Flachmaterialien übernehmen die 3D CNC Fräsen. Das Bohren erfolgt durch eine Bohrspindel. Nach Wunsch kann ein Support mit Rotator für das vollautomatische schräge Schneiden  bis 45º geliefert werden. Den Rotator kann man an die Maschinen der Reihe MG, PLS, HS applizieren. MicroStep´s CNC machines are constructed to satisfy challenging customer requirements and provide high-quality, high working safety and environmental protection. The MicroStep CNC cutting machines consist of following parts: dual-driven gantry moving on side guideways, sectioned exhausted material table (option shaft for pipe cutting) with possibility of interconnection  filtering  equipments KEMPER and DONALSON. MicroStep CNC machines employ high-performance guideways by MANNESMANN and BOSCH, top plasma sources from the complete production line of HYPERTHERM, KJELLBERG and OTC, which minimize secondary working process. MicroStep CNC 500 control system belongs to standard equipment of MicroStep CNC machines. Diagnostic software  MicroStep DS-500W serves for monitorig all important functions and parametres of control system. The Software tool – ASPERWIN is dedicated for computer aided design of cutting plans and subsequent generation of coresponding cutting code (NC program) for cutting machines. The program ASPERWIN provides a variety of functions and settings that assists to optimise parts nesting on cutting plan area (corresponding to assumed metal sheet). CNC technology (shape cutting, burning?) using laser, plasma, oxy-fuel/gas and water jet are not the only products of MicroStep Group. The production line is completed by technology in: milling, engraving and boring. Milling and engraving for processing plannar materials is provided by 3D CNC milling machines. Boring is provided by using boring spindle. The most advanced alternative is the support with rotator for fully automatic bevelled cutting up to 45°. The rotator for bewelled cutting is possible to apply on  MG, PLS and HS machines.
